Phlebotomy Certification Requirements in Florida

In order to get certified as a phlebotomist, you need to pass a verifying exam from an accredited body. Currently there are 10 accrediting agencies that have the authority to administer a certifying exam and confer upon you a phlebotomy certification. Three of the top most accredited agencies are:

• The American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
